1. Terms and Conditions

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using EjenPlus PLT’s services (“EjenPlus”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1.3 Use of Service

EjenPlus is a subscription-based sales and commission automation system. Each account is intended for one organization. Sharing access or credentials externally is strictly prohibited.

1.4 Subscription Plans

  • RM350/month per organization
  • Optional: RM900 one-time for on-site training and HQ setup

You are responsible for ensuring timely renewal to avoid service disruption.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Data We Collect

We collect information including but not limited to:

  • Name, email, phone number
  • Agent data (submissions, commissions, team structure)
  • Usage and interaction data

2.2 How We Use Your Data

  • Provide and improve the service
  • Process payments and automate features
  • Communicate updates and respond to support inquiries

2.3 Third-Party Services

We securely work with reputable providers, including:

  • OpenAI – AI-based services
  • Google Analytics & Google Cloud – analytics and hosting
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) – infrastructure
  • Payment Gateway – for billing and invoicing

Data is not sold or shared with third parties outside operational scope.

2.4 Data Protection

We implement appropriate security measures and limit access to your data. You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time.

2.5 Customer Data Collected by Users

Our users (HQ and agents) may use EjenPlus to collect and store personal information about their own customers, including names, contact details, identification documents, and case-related information.

EjenPlus only acts as a technology provider and does not control or access this data except as required for support or technical maintenance. Responsibility for customer data lies with the subscribing organization (the data controller).

All data stored through EjenPlus is protected using industry-standard security measures.

3. Refund & Billing Policy

3.1 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial to all new users. No payment is required during this period.

3.2 Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment confirms access for the current month.

3.3 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your subscription, you may continue to use EjenPlus until the end of your paid billing cycle.
